As the law reads it states twelve plants. AM I to suppose it is all plants are just flowering plants? The law does not clarify. Does it?

here in Mi we also have a 12 plant rule. it is all inclusive.

some people when drying have been seperating stalks. some have been visited by LEO during that process, and now have 25 ect plants, instead of maybe the original 8 that was grown.

Be carefull, tread lightly, and find a good lawyer to befriend.

i know especially from seed, u might only end up with 1/2 females, that is why people try to have perpetual grows or use clones.

In the mitten its twelve total. Seedlings, veggers, moms and flowering plants. Its even kinda grey how they count hanging plants just harvested. So to be safe we better count them too. Thats the cool part about grafting. One mother plant sustaining a few different strains....

I should just hang and clone at another location I can't be at 2 locations at once. Then just have the max at each location. Here in AZ there are no inspection unless your a caregiver. If you grow for yourself the state has no right to inspect your home.

Thats all good if you want to play the game. But here in the mitten get caught playing that game, guess what. Your medical card means a big nada and your grow/grows just became illegal. Punishable to the fullest extent of the law.......

I know...... I am a law abiding citizen and I don't really want to bend the rules too much, especially when the State knows I grow.

It is my understanding that only the dispensaries get inspected. your best bet would to become a caregiver for a friend and then you can have 24 plants and are better able to abide by your plant count. I am currently helping my wife through the process so we can have 24 plants and make my life easier.

Why would I be a caregiver for my wife. My wife has her own cultivation card and I can get my own as well. Caregiver just cost more and has more regulations. My way has no inspection and the State does nothing more then mail you a card.

CU04: Can a qualifying patient or designated caregiver authorized to grow medical marijuana use the same enclosed, locked facility used by another qualifying patient or designated caregiver also authorized to grow medical marijuana? Would these facilities be subject to inspection?
Sites used by qualifying patients or designated caregivers to grow marijuana are not subject to inspection by the Department. However, state law limits the number of plants that may be grown and includes the requirement that cultivation be done in "an enclosed, locked facility."

You do not need to be a care giver for your wife I don't plan on being one for my wife. however you could be a caregiver for a friend and up your plant count by just paying the $200 fee.

If grafting mothers works what about forcing multoiple plants into one?:
I started a thread with that same question. Most people didn't get what I was saying or just didn't see the reason. I was thinking I could graft the main stems together to grow as one.
