Have a room with shelves full of dub-tub chambers.
Those have no need for misting/fanning, you just can't open them until harvest.

to get 12 pounds of mushrooms, id have to be the quickest bugger to check all the fields around town in fall.

if i wanted more id just travel around a bit more :)

Look into a mono tub, kinda like in that video, they give good yield with little maintenance.

Clean cement floor in a garage, plastic liner beneath, few weelbarrows of shit and straw, spray the heap with an isolate liquid culture ,cover it with plastic sheet, and let er rip.

Generaly as a word of caution, I would not talk big over here, ask our friend ess, (cops got him trough this website after his ambitions became too public), you probably read about the guy who had shrroms in his kid's playroom (not that the kid ate any shrooms), well it was him.
