149 Watt CFL Grow

Just got my 3 random strain, bag seed plants growing in my grow box. They're under 55watt warm, two 26watt warm, and 42watt cool cfls. 149 actual watts. Not equivalent. They've been growing for about 16 days now and they were all planted at the same time from seed. The random strain is dwarfed by the other two. Wonder if it's just a super slow growing strain? I'm going to veg for 1-2 more weeks then flip to fl ower and hope I have at least one female here! I'll post updates.

They were all originally in the smaller pots. The two that showed the fastest growth were transplanted the night before the picture was taken so no, the pot size isn't the issue. Exhaust fan ventilated storage closet with three 30 watt LEDs on the plants and possibly add in additional cfls to get lower plant coverage. Oscillating fan.
