150 HPS multi-strain (strawberry cough, silver haze, new cross)

They were 2 or so inches away from the tips.

what kind of space do you have these things in? it looks like just a closet.

Alright well towards the end of this first chunk of harvest I showed my true colors.. /sigh

I ended up chopping off about 3-4 grams of buds periodically to smoke off of the two plants (together)

I just chopped and trimmed both plants this morning.

I know its a week early, but given all of the circumstances surrounding it I think I did the right thing, so here it goes.


My spring break starts on the 15th (monday) my birthday. I have no cash right now, and no bud... So I figure since I have no self control when it comes to these dank plants, instead of chopping off more and more of these plants as they finish, I'm just going to chop them now and have them be ready to smoke when the 15th comes around. Given that I have these other 3 plants that I am going to let go all the way.

Now I have some good/bad news.

The white dragon was doing some major purpling up. Had I let her go another week I'm sure it would have looked sick as shit with this red/purple color all over everything.

Its bad because I cut her, but good that I have more beans and hopefully the other one I have going will finish the same way, if not next grow I'll find this purple pheno again.


I've been in and out of class today trying to get as much done as possible, I had to leave for my first block of classes after I finished trimming the SC, hung her up and ran out the door.

And I just trimmed the wd when I got back and hung her up, but forgot to take pics (oops).

I'll post some pics of the dried nugs after I clip em off the stem for sure though.

Doesn't look too much different honestly, the underside of the fanleaves are what give the precursor to mega-purp and today is the first day I've seen then in normal lights.

Smoking a microwaved nug that I broke off on accident while trimming right now and man am I baked... (only ripped it once)

I cant wait to see how these turn out .. i hope there will be a smoke report when you get back

Yea for sure, dried nug shots and everything.

The WD is a really heady high that just stays with you. But after you come down its a pretty nice stone, you could easily take a nap/go to sleep or just chill out.

Can't really comment much on the flavor/smoke since its quickdried shit that I threw in the microwave off some of the bottom nugs.


I haven't actually smoked just the strawberry cough, Its always been mixed in with the WD but SC is generally a very nice up-high that has a socializing effect, you just feel good..


I like the WD better because its just a strong cerebral high... You can enjoy some music or get introspective and just explore your mind. I like to draw and do art-like stuff when I get high like this.

yeah i think there a great choice in strains ... both ends of the spectrum .. there are probably stronger highs out there but from what ive researched these two seem perfect, one for a heady social high the other for a more relaxed high...
just need to find a nice average smoke now but there are so many out there it takes me a hell of a long time to make up my mind ..

I pinched off 2 of those small branches of the SC (right) and 3 small branches off the WD(left).

- No picture update, shes making buds and stuff, but its really leafy, in pics, you can't tell wtf is going on.

That Strawberry Cough should be a very good smoke. I had the opportunity to smoke it just once an I stayed high for like 2 hours. What are the dimensions of your cabinet and does the 150w light give off a lot of heat?

Barely any heat at all, I kept my tips 1-2" from the glass on my light.

I have this in a huge closet not a cabinet, so its pretty much open on all sides.

In the end I ended up with 32.2 grams off of those two plants.

15.2 grams off the strawberry cough and 17 grams off the white dragon.

Its dry now and in closed jars 12 hours/day, once im happy with the moisture level I'm just going to leave it.

All my friends that check out the bud/smoke it are very impressed, even with the quickdried stuff.

I am a little dissappointed in the final product though, probably because I had un-realistic expectations.

I was expecting this shit to blow me out of the water in a few hits but its on the same level, maybe a little more than the bud I've been getting (good stuff).

I'll post some dried nug shots in a few days.

I have a 5g sc cola thats fully dried, WD cola the same size is 2.6g

SC top cola is a fucking rock

I did a curing test.I smoked from 1 week cured to 3 weeks cured only takin 2 hits at a time.after 3weeks I couldn't handle 2 hits shit was super potent.hopefully yours get better with time.I'm thinkin of startin a journal right now with my 150 strawberry smile,iced grapefruit, and trainwreck.

This stuff smokes great now, both of them are starting to get a sweet taste and smell, the white dragon is reminding me of shoreline...


I sold enough of the bud to pick this piece up for $170 (at a local shop)!









Its some thick 5mm glass and the perc design is really sturdy, can't see this thing breaking any time soon.
