150W HPS on a 30'' x 25'' x 12'' Cabbinet Cooling question

Hello guys,
I bought this cabinet and I have some questions/doubts to share:
Can 2 x 120mm PC fans will be able to cool down the space?
Will 150W will be enough or should I go for 250W? (for that space...)
I also have an option to do it with 2 x 105W Cfl's but I rather have HPS.
What do you say?

I know this is an old thread but if ya still messing round on here definitely start with the 150w hps, especially if this is your first time playing with hps bulbs. They are able to be cooled with pc fans, keeping your cab quiet.I have done several great grows in a 150w hps stealth cab and recently brought a bigger inline fan and filter and 250w setup with a new aircooled hood. I tried it in the small space and had trouble getting temps down even with massive fan and cooltube. and the big fan was soo loud I actually got busted with it. So now all my new gear is packed up and my trusty 150w is back on in its nice new air-cooled hood and only needs two silent pc fans to keep the temps down to 24 degrees c.
