I also am surprised that no one has mentioned that you more than likely went too big on pot size. Especially in grow bags, where the point is to not get root bound. With such a short veg time I would do 1-2 gallons. If you are going to veg for 6 weeks, then you would def need the 3 gallons. Everything looks good though!

I also thought my pot size would be to big, but I didn't get to much feedback when I first posted about this grow, but I figured it can't hurt right? But now it's hard for me to work with them and maneuver them, and I'm sure there is a lot of wasted/unused soil. But on the plus side, I only have to water about once a week,and I KNOW they won't get rootbound .

Next round though I'm gonna test out the 1 gallon aero pots, step my lights up to a 400-600w hps (they're almost the same price so I'll most likely get a dimmable 600) and run like 10 girls at a time until I can afford a tent upgrade.

Hopefully I get picked to be a tester for some greenpoint seeds so I can just fill my tent with whatever cross I get, and hopefully find an outstanding plant to get a mother/father from

Small update:
Few pics of the garden, I've finished up with most of my defoliation efforts, and now I will just let them grow out without anymore messing with leaves until right around harvest. I know a lot of people swear for or against defolation, but I personally find benefit from it, and I stand by it!

I've also taken a cutting from my one blue cheese plant to try my hand at monster cropping. She's about a week ahead of the rest in maturity (fast maturing Pheno is my guess), so I'm hoping she makes for a good clone donor!

that clone might be a bust... she'll have to reveg before growing new roots.... Good Luck!

That's what monster cropping is. Revegging an already pretty far along flowering clone. Once reverted and grown out, it makes it branch out like CRAZY. It looks fairly cool so I thought I'd try it out and see how it goes

It's hard to tell but these 3 colas ^^^ are all about the size of a goofball around and about 4-6 inches long just GLISTENING with trichs. I'd guesstimate 7-10g a piece, and those are just the three biggest. I'm hoping for at least 6 zips, but it's looking like it might be a little more!






Day 45 of flower. Heavy trichs on all buds, even on the lower flowers. Most buds have close to 50% Orange/Brown hairs so I'm getting close! Thinking of pushing the grow to 9 weeks to really let the calyxs swell and mature before harvest.
