150w Sunsystem HPS in 5'x2'

Hey guys I'm thinking about placing an order on this light kit for my 5x2 pvc frame wrapped in panda film. Does this light have a built in ballast to the hood? Is it quieter than most higher watt HPS systems with stand alone ballasts? Currently I'm running almost 350w of cfl comprised of 40w and 23w and looking to up production and increase growth rate. Would this be an upgrade? Thanks

The ballast is built in to the hood. There is a fan inside that is fairly quiet and overall the unit is not noisy. It does put a lot of heat into the area so fans to circulate fresh air into/out of the space is required, like any HID setup.
