If I were to follow this book I've been reading on hydroponic marijuana and actually produced 18" to 22" megabuds, as claimed in the book, how much could I expect an 18" to 22" freshly harvested bud to weigh?

Please excuse my ignorance on these things but, are we talking grams here? Like 27 grams being 1oz.?

I'm a new grower only been doing this for a few months have a few grows under my belt almost got to the stage to actually doing everything correctly.
Its funny like myself my first question was always about how much yeid will i get? the million dollar question everybody asks it ! lol
Now there are so many different methods of growing trust me i've read them all ! opinions and views a quick way a short way a big yield etc etc.
Think of it like this, the slimming industry is massive a magic pill lose weight quicker this diet that diet or try this method etc etc.
As you know with slimming only with correct diet and exercise will you lose weight and keep the weight off.
Your plants ?
Correct nutrients, time, and light results in mature buds, no quick fix or magic to speed up nature designed as yet unfortunately.
But then baldness can be cured can't it ?

Okay, maybe my question wasn't appropriate. I'll try to reword it.
First, assuming that I understand the difference between harvest weight and dry weight, and that 28 grams equals exactly 1 ounce.
Can some of you experienced growers out there give me some examples of the biggest bud you ever grew? How long was it and how much did it weigh at harvest?

I don't think 28 grams is 'exactly' 1 onuce, but close... 1 ounce is more like umm... 28.3495231 grams.
