for flower/bloom they like more red so use more 2700's but have 1 6500 and 2 5000's.
Yup!! I'm headed to HD later this week to pic up somemore 2700k 42watters. I'm around 305 watts now. Hoping to get around 500 watts in there for adequate watts per plant.

Do you have a link for the air injected soil concept?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjD2UL2zmRs here is one of the videos now i bought a 300 gallon fish tank air pump with 4 outputs i can use 1 output to supply air to 4 plants with t splitters lmao and it was 25 bucks at petco with adjustable air. the t connectors can be cheap if you order from china and wait 1 month for them so plan ahead if you go this route. i also made my own bubble hose i punched holes in air line with bobby pin and tested each one to insure the right air was coming out.

HPIM0019.jpgHPIM0016.jpgHPIM0026.jpg Oldest of my plants with super tight nodes. I'm going to name this one Short Stack. 22 days total 14 days 18/6 the last 8 days 12/12. Still no signs of sex so I'm hoping. Gonna feed today will update again friday. For 8 days of 12/12 is it normal for no stretch?

HPIM0015.jpgHPIM0018.jpg The second oldest by a day. 21 days total 13 veg last 8 days 12/12. Name is gonna be Lisa Leslie because of the stretch this plant has shown from the very begining. I'm gonna have to adjust lights today because of Leslie. Lisa will get a good feeding today also.

Tuberware container and 2 solo cups somedays they look good and somedays its a struggle...lol. One of the solo cups looks like its doing well. They are running out of room with the other 2 getting bigger. Also Lisa Leslies leaves are as big as my hand.

HPIM0022.jpgHPIM0021.jpg all of my pics didn't load for some reason. Oh well Lisa reminds me of my outdoor plants. Very big leaves Short Stack leaves are nowhere near that big. I definitely need more lights. Also have more work to do to my cab. 300 watts just isn't gonna do it especially in another week

HPIM0032.jpg I think I should have water/fed before work yesterday. I came home to some serious clawing on Lisa. This shot is from this morning she looking better clawing was the worst on.

HPIM0031.jpg Transplanted a solo cup into cut in half 3L bottle.

let them dry out a bit and see if that clears up any clawing. They are not needing to much food yet so go easy.

They will stretch out when they are mature enough to flower. GL

Posting from my tablet is nerve wrecking. I couldn't finish my last sentence...lol. Short Stack always looks good just no stretching so far. I am going to redo my cab Saturday and I might look for 2 more pop bottles for the other 2. Also adding bulbs.

Hey Diet thanks for checking my grow out. I think the clawing came from heat ( fan problems). The gallon pots were completely dry very light weight. I had not fed/watered in 7days. Also I'm still not feeding full strength, and as far as maturity goes I was under the assumption that 4 nodes or better was mature am I wrong

Hell of a birthday gift bananas on short stack. No pistils anywhere on it, so atleast it wasn't from some type stress I created. A male from all the way. The growth on it was excellent. If it were a medi strain I would think of keeping for pollen, but no such luck here.
So I bent the stalk in half gonna remove him from pot after work. IMG_20140124_061917.jpgCYMERA_20140124_065617.jpgCYMERA_20140124_065733.jpg

I have a fan question. I am looking towards pc case fans, but while looking for some I ran across server blower fan rated at 29 cfm. Does anyone have experience with these fans?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/EVERCOOL-92mmx92mmx33mm-Two-Ball-Bearing-Blower-EC9733H12BA-B-/271202911797?pt=US_Computer_Case_Fans&hash=item3f24f40635

The cfm for this fan looks to be low compared with normal pc case fans. That being said I like the fact that the fan is enclosed like a squirrel fan. My cab is roughly 14.4 cubic feet. The only thing I don't like is the price. If anyone could help would be greatly appreciated! $(KGrHqFHJF!FFwdgTZjQBRie!YZzng~~60_12.JPG

yeah, males tend to show sex first, that sucks. on the fans, i have 4 90mm fans in the side of my box at different heights on one side for exhaust running off a computer power supply, there 12 volt fans. i also have the 9" electric mounted on the top of my box for the main exhaust and a 12x6 passive intake mounted down in lower corner. it all works pretty good.

I think I'll do something similiar and @ $22 a pop I won't use the ones in my above post. Do you filter smell or is that not a problem?

Three part fox farm nute big bloom feeds the soil NPK's are all below 1 (something like 0.something). Thanks Natural for stopping by and taking a look.
Watch your PH if using FF......
I noticed my PH drops quite a bit when I use the Big and Tiger Bloom on my stuff.

I just checked the other 1gallon pot going and saw that it went from 3 blade leaves to 7 blade leaves. I am a noob and was just wondering is that something common with indoor grows. I only started growing last year and it was 2 plants outdoors and neither did this. Here are some picsView attachment 2962463View attachment 2962464View attachment 2962465
When the plants get happy and mature, the number of fingers will increase.
Nothing to worry about.
I have had up to nine, but seen and heard of 11.

hey skinny, here is the fox farm schedule that worked best for me. adding the cha-ching at the end really helps to plump up the buds.

I've got this chart too, but mix and match my nutes, don't go by the chart.
You should learn to read your plants and give only what they tell you they want.

With the dark green, and the clawing, I am guessing N overdose.
What did you feed, and how much?

Go to your goodwill store if you have one close by, or check out some garage sales and pick up a used fan for a buck or two.
I've got 2 PC cases that I've started and not finished, power supplies, and 5 or 6 fans that I haven't finished setting up B/C I've been lazy.

wow 4 tablespoons of nutes per gallon for the little plants slow down. max should be 1 of each i bet your ph in your soil is like 4.5 buy a tester I see allot buy the cheap 009 model for 10 bucks but works. i have an old school one takes me 5 minutes to get a reading but works. ill upgrade down the road. and 7 days till water is too long im thinking. what is your humidity? if its real low take a wet towel with warm water on a pan and place in the middle of your plants change towel daily. moisure in the air helps allot in veg 40-60% in early flower 30-40% when buds start 20% humidity.
