1k or 2 400 watts?

so i have an 8x8x7 grow tent and was using 1k watt hps. I was only able to fit 3 plants under it because of the height restrictions i was facing. i wanted to get some opinions on putting 2 400 watt hps under raptor hoods to cover more area to fit more plants in. suggestions, comments are all welcome.

Pair of 600's is what I would do, if your not going full on 2k

8x8 is huge... I could rock 4 600's in there.... (I could rock 4k, but my wife would shit a kitten, and shitty kittens are just.... bad)

I would go cob all day. Less heat, more efficient, customize your spectrum, reflector angles, and dimmable like hps/mh

I use 2 600's in my 4x4. I would go with two 1000's in that space or 4 600's. If you can afford it get a bunch of cob led's
