Thanks fellas, great advice. Think I'll try topping her to 12" and then see if I can train her down.

"you just gotta tie her down... it wont hurt her, she likes it... all bitches do "
LMAO

Fed my mom's fertilizer rich in nitrogen earlier this week and the difference was unbelievable.

Before

After

I think they were lacking some nutes. They had pretty much only had water since I got them. I'm going to start a water water feed schedule for the mom's till I get rid of them.

No change in the clones. I have two that have what look like small roots starting and one which I know are roots. Was really hoping they would have taken off more quickly. I'm about to go buy....correction...make an easy cloner.

Came up with a pretty good idea for an aerocloner while moving stuff around in my garage.

I took a medium sized Rubbermaid trashcan and cut holes in the lid for the 2" net pots. Then made a structure out of PVC that fit snug in the top of the trashcan and drilled holes for the spray jets.

I attached a 950 GPH Magdrive utility pump to the spray jets and fired it up.

The trash can being deep should aid in keeping the roots untangled.

Worked great and super simple to put together. Gonna throw the clones in there tomorrow.

Thanks!

Haven't topped the mom's yet. I'm thinking of taking another batch of clones. There are some much bigger shoots I can take now from each plant. Bigger than what I took a week ago. If the current clones don't root soon, I'm gonna do it.

Switched the clones over to the aeroponic cloner. Hopefully see some difference soon.

This damn thing leaked a little so I had to take some weatherstripping and line the lid and rim of trashcan. Watertight now.

Well I just turned it on so it might change, but for now it's 15min on 15min off. The water is RO. I adjusted PH to 5.8 and 400PPM Dutch Master Grow formula.

We'll see how it goes. I see alot of people have good results with aeroponics.

can you post somethi ng on how you built that areo cloner
Hmm. There really isn't much to it. The photos on the last page are about as good as I can get without taking it apart. I can give a parts list though:

1x - 1/2 tee fitting with one threaded inlet
8x - 1/2 end caps
6x - 1/2 tee fittings
4' - 1/2 PVC

Run some 3/8 vinyl tubing from the pump to the PVC apparatus. The pump fitting will depend on which pump you get. I recommend the Magdrive pumps they are awesome. I'm using a 950 GPH pump that I had in a reeftank. It ran for two years with NO service and showed no signs of wear.

haha - nice cloner man...

you could pretty much flower in that thing! ;-)
Thanks man! For my next grow I might. Love the way it turned out.
