This is my First grow and its been crazy. My plant started off in the ground. I then transplanted it to a pot in the process i burned it as well with nutrients. I lost one month of growing. This past month She has tripled in size and is now one week into flowering. Still thinking she will herm from all the previous stress. What do you think? The first picture is of the plant a month ago and the rest are up to date pics. I will start with flowering Nutrients next week. Im using Bio Canna Flora and PK 13/14. Im also going to start with molasses in a couple days. Let me know what ya think. I have about a month and a half till first frost. give or take a few days.

Anyone?
Texas grower here as well:blsmoke:

Honestly - the difference between the first picture and the more recent ones are great, but if you are growing outside I wouldn't expect a "huge" yield from that plant...it's just too late in the season. If I were you, I'd start cruising CraigsList for used grow lights, and bring that baby inside. Just my opinion, so take it for what it's worth (that is unless you are far S. Tx.)

As far as the plant going hermie from stress - I'm not so sure they all do that. I've got one plant I'm finishing up (pretty much pure sativa - bag seed) that I have mistreated on purpose to see what would happen. It's now about 6' tall, and covered in buds. Each stem (even the bottom ones) are one long solid bud. Sure - the stress I put on it made it lag behind the others as far as maturity rate, but she's a trooper. Not a male flower to be seen anywhere. Honestly I'm wondering at this point if the hermie issue is more in the genetics rather than treatment of the plant itself. She's been exposed to intense heat, breaking of the main stem (accident, but recovered beautifully), shitty soil, absurdly high nute feedings...nothing seems to phase her. I almost wish I'd cloned her, but being bag seed, I have no idea what the potency will be, and I didn't want to waste a lot of effort on what *might* turn out to be so-so smoke. She does seem to be getting covered with trics now - even the leaves.:eyesmoke:

Do you know the strain of your plant? If yes, what was the average flowering period? 8 weeks? 12 weeks?

Its hard to say whether or not she will turn hermie or not. Only time will tell. As said previously, it is rather late in the growing season. Try and pick up a cheap hps, or borrow one from a fellow grower if possible. It seems a shame to go to the trouble of growing a plant for little return regarding yield.
