Plants are 60 days from being in soil, one is a runt, but I plan to harvest just for the hell of it. Tent is 4x2x5, so not a lot of head room. I already topped both, and started lst on the big girl...

Tell me what you think

Hey DJ991 plants are looking real good. Since your headroom is limited and your plants are a nice size now I would go ahead and switch to flower. You also have to take in consideration the Pre-Flower stretch for that reason and the height I would just go ahead. I would also continue LST the high Colas on the plants all throughout preflower and throughout flower gently of course.

Thanks OC, I was thinking if doing a Scrog, just to keep the height in check..do I need to do a flush? I've been using fox farm nutes up to this point.

No worries brother. You could definitely do a SCROG if you wanted. I have been running SCROG's for a while and that is pretty much all I run now. That being said hypothetically you could turn those plants into a scrog, but your net would have to be put up right above the top of the plants. Additionally, based off the size of your plants now and my experience in the past I would guess it would take another 3 weeks to a month of veg to fill out the net once you put it up. So i you don't mind delaying your harvest for another month it is do able, but If I was in your situation I would just start flowering and shoot for a SCROG next time. That is just my opinon of course. Hope that helps. I currently use a cooked "SuperSoil" alongside Compost Teas' and I haven't used Fox Farm or any other products in a while, but when I did I remember I would engage in a flush light between veg nutrients and flower. That said I would wait for another members opinion on that particular subject I would hate to steer you in the wrong direction. I have seen members split roads on this particular subject. I would start a thread with that question and hopefully someone more experienced with Nutrients will help you out.

OC is correct IMO. Flower now and scrog next time, you really want to grow them into the screen from the beginning. As far as flushing as long as you are not feeding every time and or very heavy I wouldn't worry as long as they look good. As long as you don't over do the nutes (work your way up in strength and read the plants) you should be good. Of course just water the last week or so to flush for harvest. Good luck!
