i don't know why you're so mad lol. because someone proved you wrong? lol. you're hilarious. i didn't need you to answer my question. because i answered it for myself... lol. i said that. you should try to read and comprehend what i say. is it that difficult for your simple brain? the bro science is just things that people tell you. not things that "bros" tell you. lmao. and i never said she should accept what i say. she should question me and do her own research. im just trying to save her 30$ that she probably doesnt need. if she starts having nute deficiencies, then she should go buy a ph meter. that's like paying a doctor for chemotherapy BEFORE you have cancer and saying i MIGHT get it one day. as far as the "shit i am spewing" you're just mad that i provided evidence to my point(that you still are not getting) lol.

Thanks for all the advice guys. now all of you just send me a half of you're finest & I wont even have to worry about growing this crap..lol jk.. But seriously thanks.. MUAHHH ; Pbongsmilie

hey if you buy a bath light fixture, with 4 sockets. mount it to a 2x4 and put hooks on the 2x4. Put tee's on each light socket then buy a bunch of bulbs. all of this is around 100$ and what u do it you get two types of CFL'S. You get the orange type and the blue type. Im pretty sure the blue type u use for veg and it is a Daylight bulb (not daytime ). Daytime bulbs are OK but you want at least 2 daylight bulbs while your doing the 18/6 or 24 hour veg cycle. The light temperature of this light should be 6000k or 6500k. You then switch to the orange bulbs which give 3000-3500K for flowering the 12hours light/12hours dark cycle. These lights are an orange light almost like that of a HPS. You are using a Halogen light which isn't the correct light for what you wanna do, Check out some CFL grows if you'd like to read up on it.

BabyGirl,

Friendly is correct. If you are fortunate enough to have water with a good pH, you won't have any pH related problems. And yes, if your plants grow big and green and strong right from the start, God bless you, you will have wasted money on a pH meter had you followed my advice to get one.
If your plants begin showing signs of not being perfect. You will begin to wonder why. It will likely be because of a nute issue. This nute issue may be the result of a pH problem. Save your money and don't buy a pH meter. Best of luck to you.

Ok, those NOT recommending a PH meter need to allow all growers to live in their house and use the same water! My tap PH is 9.5 and when the ph is not correct you will get lock out, salt toxicity and so many problems that will only be fixed by correct PH, and unless you can taste your ph then you need a meter. They are not expensive and will/do help with growers. Not everyone has a green thumb! You can even go as far as getting a TDS pen to make sure that you are supplying enough/correct nutrient levels, but that is less needed than a ph pen. Also, throw that chart produced earlier out of the window and use the following charts below!

Also you should add some perlite to the mix so you can aerate your soil... but hey, it is your time/effort and smoke in the end...

huh?... my point already? when have I posted in here before? sorry, but you did come across as a dick when you 1. called me out by name, 2. put it in bold and bullet pointed it. I was just trying to point out that a ph pen is a very good investment if you want something in the end. I also put forth some good charts, and if you wanted to help instead of telling everyone not to flirt.. then you would have included with something not pointed out that needs to be... never plant more than one in a pot. But like I said it is her time/effort and smoke in the end.

What 3rd world country do you live in that the ph is 9.5 I usually get my tap at 7.5-8 and lower it to 5.8-6.1 for coco.

I think you should scrap that halogen light, those plants, and everything else. Restart with a cheap 2' Floro tube and only 1 seed in each pot. Keep the tube on 24/7 until you can get a HPS (like $100). Once you get one switch it to 12/12 and you can get a small crop.

Babygirl I would go to walmart in the tools section and get a reflector for each plant in the beginning vegging stages. It's a socket, reflector with a plug for around $6 and get some 23w bulbs and that is always good enough for me to veg each plant to about a foot and then you can turn it to flowering. Using that light you have, they are going to stretch and stretch and just not going to grow right. Thats the quick, simple, get started now way and i have only gotten good results so far.
