theres basically nothin we can tell you from what u have given us. what watt are the bulbs. and i take it they cfl? the 5000k will be fine for veg and even 1 or 2 for flowering but you will need to stock up on the 2700k for flowering.
A 20 dollar fan. what size? intake or outake? or just air circulation?
What soil is good organic?
the reflectors will prob be fine. they do seem to hold alot of heat though so be carefull with that.

Anyway a pic is always worth stickin up. it helps alot more than you could imagine. good luck.

To reassure u Jed, on a technical level it will work, since any plant will grow when given light, water, air & food. But the thing u have to appreciate is that that same technical level is a very wide spectrum and goes all the way from minimal supplying of needs resulting in small, weak, barely alive plants, all the way up to perfectly supplying maximum levels of its various needs resulting in super heavy crops. With ur set-up, at a nutshell guess, i'd say that if u considered my technical spectrum to be a 10 stage system then ur set-up would probably rank around level 3.

BUt dont get too tied up on the full technical side of the equipment - learn the biology & stages of the plant growing more as it is this that will give u better results if ur starting out. Any equipment will grow something but u wanna concentrate more on making sure it comes out strong & healthy by harvest, rather than worrying about size of everything. There's no point spending loads on top equipment if u dunno how the plant grows or what its doing - u'll just waste money & good equipment won't correct mistakes for u any better than cheap equipment will. Grow something small, cheap & cheerful now so when u do step up on equipment in the future, u'll know how to use it to max out ur growing.

And now thats my rambling pep talk out the way...., the main tips i was gonna give was just make sure it get fresh air as much as poss, be consistent with ur light on/off times, don't overwater or over feed (give less if u ever unsure), make sure no light at all gets in during flowering dark times and just watch temps dont change about too wildly dramatically. Oh, and depending on ur water source, likely best to leave it sitting in jug for 24 hours before using as bad stuff dissolves out & water gets to room temp too. These would be main, general things to do which should help avoid a fair portion of problems. As for tips specific to ur plant, well thats gonna be up to ur eyes & ur eyes only - thats where the learning starts! (with a strong emphasis on remembering things for when ur on the next grow)
