Tried LEDs for the first time, so far so good. In fact veg was fantastic. Now flowering (about day 5) and I wanna know if there is any kind of a trick to using the LED color adjustment.

I am using two Diamond Series XML 350. They have 2 separate dials for the 10W CREE white lights and for the Blue and Red frequencies. Now for veg I've been using 100% setting on both (worked up to it at the beginning as to not overstress them, if that's even possible with LEDs, but the plants stayed happy throughout the process.
Now for flower I wonder if I should tweak the settings a bit. Maybe lower white light a bit? Or should I just keep blasting 100% with all the ones I got? I got a couple of additional 660nm Reds coming it the next couple of days to supplement what I already have going. But I figure those adjustable settings have to have a purpose, right? Anyhow, If anyone has any experience with these kind of grow lights - your input would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, and if you plan on telling me how LEDs don't work (most likely bc your broke ass was too cheap to buy genuine tech) don't bother - only asking for helpful suggestions and/or constructive criticism.
