2 2 bulb 4 foot T5s or more?

I am trying to get an idea on thoughts of T5s. I currently have 3 plants under 2 T5s About 3 feet tall then LSTed to widen out and lower canopy. Can I flower through with the T5s? Currently I have 6500, maybe 5000 k bulbs and plan to switch to 2500 and 3000 if I can flower through with them. Has anyone ever heard of or have experience with back building during flower? And one last thing is with lighting time and going to 12/12. I've heard that switching slowly to 12/12 is better and causes less stretch. At the same time though, it seems it will draw out veg as I'll only be able to adjust 15 minutes a day?, resulting in an hour change every 4 days. Or do I just switch to 12/12 and stick to my normal routine?

Can you
Yes

For decent yield you're going to need better lights. T5's are great for vegging but they won't provide the light you need when you go to flower. Good light for vegging but you're going to want more intensity if you want to achieve good yields of tight buds.

HPS or LED.
Both work.

Go straight to 12/12. I go 11/13. 11 on and 13 off. Saves power and it's been so hot this summer that even running at night is a challenge keeping the heat down.

many people flower with T5s. they are the best selling grow lights for a reason. I'm just and average PU MMJ closet growers T5 growers here like RM3 and whitewater do even better with T5s. HPS will give you a slightly higher yield but T5s give a little better taste and potency.there are several good youtube videos showing T5s being used for flowering
. LEDs are still very controversial but you really need a 6 or 8 bulb light for a 2ft by 4 ft growing area. 4 bulbs will work but your yield will suffer. if those are standard T5s and not T5ho fixtures than your only getting 2900 lumens per bulb and should be using atleast 10 bulbs. a mix of 6500k and 3000k will work best for flowering but some have gotten good results using just 6500k for flowering

Could I add in more T5s to create more intensity? I am only growing 3 plants and sorry their about 2 feet in diameter LSTed to open and widen up the canopy. They were about 2 feet tall before I widened the canopy. I am struggling on the piece of property I'm on so I'm half in and half outdoors. The plants are outdoors, shaded, and covered from sun with two 4 foot 2 bulb T5s on them about 2 inches from the top. Would say adding three more T5s benefit at all? Totaling 5 sets of lights? (10 total) what would be the suggested minimum number of sets of lights (T5) needed to aqquire a good harvest?
