2 out of 14 plants are barely flowering - 4th week in 12/12

Fellow growers,

I've had about 10 runs and never have I encountered this situation. I'm growing in Coco, using Canna Coco Line, under a 550w Optic 8 LED (currently at around 60%).

This is a 14 multi strain scrog day 28 in 12/12. 12 plants are developing as expected as pistils are shooting up and calyxes are starting to swell. But 2 Phenos from the same strain (Sugar Punch) have a light green color, weak and thin branches and have only a few pistils til now! There's a 3rd Sugar Punch Pheno (has a neutral green color) that is doing well.

What could be the reason for the delay in flowering?

So you think it's in the genetics? This is not the first time i grew a sativa dominant plant. In my experience they developed pistils, trics and buds just about at the same time as others i grew along side them. Obviously I have no way of telling how much sativa was really in them. But this strain is supposed to finish in 8 - 9 weeks.

Ok on Sanniesshop.com they list it at 8-9 weeks, but Seedfinders have it at 9-10 weeks. That's kinda strange. Even then, is it normal that plants that take 10 weeks to finish to only have a few pistils in week 4 of 12/12

yeah it's just genetics, this is from the breeders themselves on that page i linked. It's usually only the breeders that can send info to Seedfinder.
  1. short, compact, fastly blossoming, indica-dominant Phenotype #1
  2. short, compact, fastly blossoming, indica-dominant Phenotype #2
  3. long, compact, slowly blossoming, indica-dominant Phenotype #3
  4. long, stretched, fastly blossoming, sativa-dominant Phenotype
  5. long, stretched, slowly blossoming, sativa-dominant Phenotype
i've seen this myself in sativas, unless the breeder continues to stabilize one of those phenos, you will see the variants pop up from time to time.

No but it is kinda strange to go by breeder estimates.

I never go by breeder's estimates, I let the plants tell me when they finish. But I still check their estimates to have an idea what to expect. 1 or 2 weeks off isn't bad. But these 2 phenos look to be a month or more behind.
