2 plants are curling bad

i think its due to all the rain we got over the last two weeks, i'm not sure so i was hoping for another opinion or two. mix of soil is mg, native soil, and perlite. nutes are a fert from hi-yield that is for tomato's 4-10-6 and once a month i give a 5-1-1 fish fert with watering. i have another plant that is doing great with same nutes. thanks in advance.....oh yeah they are outside

yeah... they were probably overwatered by the rain. thats what it looks like. can you bring them inside when its about to rain?

one of them i can. and one is in the ground. i also noticed today that one in a bucket didnt have enough drain holes so i cut 20 1"x1" holes on the side and on the bottom....thanks for reassuring me as to what i thought.
