2 strains

I hope I got this right for starting a thread. Instead of asking a hundred questions in everyone elses threads I will start a new one. I am looking to order 2 strains one for the day and one for night to help me sleep. I am looking at jaws, bodhi, dynasty, humbolt seeds, and gage green but Im not so sure with them because of reading quite a few people that had a bad time with them or didnt get the seeds they paid for. I would consider other seed companies too if you guys say they are good. Thanks for any help! Ive got a pretty good hang of growing from my ex teaching me and helping him so I can handle this but I would prefer something that's not to hard to grow. Thanks!

hahahaha, there is a big list there. You should add more about what you are looking for so it would be easier to help you make a decision. There are thousands of great strains to be had but not everyone wants the same thing. Some people want a head high, straight mindblaster status. Some want to have that warm blanket feeling and others just wanna feel good.

What is your goal?

Thank you King Arthur! Sorry for not being more clear. I guess Im looking for something that will not put me to sleep during the day. And one that will put me to sleep at night. Im ok at growing but not an expert like you guys so something easy to grow would be good. I like fruity and sweet flavors and smells. I can move my light pretty high so it doesn't have to be a short plant. Flowering time doesnt matter either but I dont want something that will take really long. I hope that info is what you meant? lol

Perfect, I will talk with my amigo and see what strains he would suggest. He grows a lot of the breeders you are asking about. Golden Triangle, Blockhead Bx, Lotus Larry and Love Triangle are a few from bodhi I would go with. I will have to check on Jaws, GGG, and the other ones.

I second the Bodhi suggestion. Great genetics at a reasonable price.

Researching bodhi right now

Bodhi only offers regulars, which is what I prefer, but if you're looking for feminized then HSO, dinafem, delicious, female, bomb all have some good strains and are reasonably priced. Cheers and have fun with it cause there is always more. Amost too many strains in my opinion but hey, variety is the spice of life.

Agree with the guys above, bodhi has many great strains to choose from.
Humboldt's fem beans are worth the coin too. I just grew out green crack and was very impressed, I'd say it is a night time smoke as it eventually puts me to sleep.
It will also depend on how long you flower your girls for. The more amber trichs you get, the more 'sleepy' the high will be.

If you're looking for fems I'd suggest: Dinafem, Humbolt, and Female seeds

Day time strains I'd suggest from those would be Dinafem Blue Kush, Humbolt Blue Dream, and Female seeds C99.

Bodhi & Humboldt would be a great garden.

C99 is a nice strain going on 49 days and they are smellin like some rotten fruit.

Hmm I wonder what pheno you got there mate, all the C99's I grew out had very little smell until it was dried and chopped. Are yours shortish or full sativa looking?

I look for the same thing count chocula - a functional Sativa during the day, and a nice relaxing Indica in the evening. This season, i'm going to be running: Nepalese Highland (Cannabiogen) for my day-time smoke, along with Hubble Bubble (Hindu Kush) from Mandala Seeds, for bed-time. Good luck and happy growing !

For the day strain i would go for C99 as recommended by others. Bodhi's Apollo 11 genius was available just a few weeks ago, if you could get your hands on that one i know you would like it. Apollo 11 needs a lot of support because the buds are usually too heavy for the branches. But overall a great plant with great yields in 8 weeks.

For something to put you to sleep i can recommend Bubba Kush and some of its crosses. Bodhi's Jabba's Stash has some proper horsepower and i'm hearing good things about Pyramid's Anastasia if you want something powerful as a feminized seed.

For easy to grow, good yields, good buzz indicas there are several I could recommend from Sweet Seeds.
Sweet Seeds- Ganesh Spirit, Green Poison, Psicodelicia, Wild Rose.

Generally daytime smoke is associated with sativa and sativa can be finicky in many different ways.

One of the most energetic daytime strains I've tried in a long time is TGA's Apollo 13bx.

Female Seeds C99 for sure if you want an easy to grow, fast finishing, heavy yielding, fruity smelling sativa. I just grew one out recently, baseball sized nugs, strong grapefruit/mixed fruit smell. It smacks your face off. However, you will eventually build a tolerance to it. But so far, it seems to be everything youre asking for a daytime shmok

Full on Sativa looking, had to bend them down
