hey guys, first up thanks for the wealth of info! Australian indoor grower here

1st grow, white widow in soil, just trying to get a nice mother then i will be doing hempy scrog.

Germed these babies in jiffy pellets, then into soil few days after sprouting, were under cfl but moved to 3ft under 400w hps now, Currently around two weeks old and very slow growth, had to neem oil them for mites.

Watering every 3 or 4 days, whenever soil is dry, potting mix is just a general one. Watering with ph 6 tap water.

Ive uploaded some photos, any help would be great!

(ive got some t5s on order for clones/seedlings, i know hid isnt the best for new plants)

You need better soil. 50/50 it with perlite. Water heavy when you water, then let it run off. For awhile when starting out ONLY use tap water or plain water. They won't need much if any PPM and any good soil with a bit of lime won't have pH out of control.

Get some Black Gold or something for $9, a bag of perlite for $6, and you're in business. Sprout some new seeds in jiffy and let the roots pop out the bottom before you stick them into pots and then only stick them into about a 1/2 gallon or 1 gallon then move up when you get closer to flower.

Good luck.
