Okay, this is ma second grow, i have two plants, both bag seed that came in a really dank quarter that i got 3 week ago, ok first my soil is jiffy organic seed starting mix profesional something, and i buyed a bag of pelite that i mixed together, my lights are one 65 watts original cfl not equivalent for each plant because they are babys, my temps are 72 most of the time with a 38 to 41 humidity, my ph is still unknown because i cant find a really good one at walmart they are out of stock, i have a 6 inch clip fan running, no exaust because i think i dont need it yet, im using tap water., if u guys need more info let me know., okay this is what happened: i germinated the seeds planted the seeds in small pots in a jiffy seedling starter profesional mix, after 2 days they came out of the soil, then i make the first mystake overwater, lol and my two plants where dying the cothiledon got yellow and the first set of true leafs, u know the one finger ones, after that i got scare and tought that it was that they were hungry so i decided to give them some 1/4 strenght mg orchid food, the results where good, a lot of new grow but the cotyledon and the first set of true leafs never recover, but the new grow looks good, thats one of the seedlings (the older one) the small one is just one week and since i did the same to both seedlings the small one its showing the same shit, yellow pale cotyledons but in this one the first set of true leafs havent been afected, after the overwater happens i just water them every 4 days or 5, both seedlings are in small pots as u can see, please let me know what can i do or dont do to improve the quality of life of ma bbys, any HELP WILL BE HIGHLY APRECIATED + REP

That orchid fertilizer is quite acidic for those small plants. I'd stop feeding them that.

I don't think that's nute burn, I think you were right that they are hungry. If your in a starting mix with no nutes added I believe them to be hungry. I'm gonna get slammed for saying that, but in coco or rockwool I need to start feeding as soon as they are on their single blade leaf, exactly what you got going on. If I don't the growth slows and in a week they will be all yellow dying.

I would lose the mg fert though, get something meant for soil or hydro. General Hydro FloraNova Grow and FloraNova bloom is all you need if you using tap water. I start them at 100ppm when they are that size, and increase by 100ppm a week after that.

Thats exaclty whats going on with this bbys i think, the soil dont have nutes, i was blaming the over water a little bit because i wasnt sure if they was still having some stored energy still from seed, but then i saw a lot of people saying that if it starts from bottom to top then shes hungry, if it starts from tip of leaf to iner leaf then its nute burn, so im still confuse in diagnose even that i think the most that she was hungry i know that i probably overwater also, so i decided to feed her at 1/4 strenght with good results for now lol., THANKS FOR THE REPLYES AND HELP =====~~~~

First i sawthe cotyledon or wtevr getting yellow and uhh no big deal but when the first set of leafs started to turn yellow i forgot about the overwater and said: i need to feed her shes eating her self., but that was only one time, 3 days ago, so NOW IM KIND OF SCARED OR CONSERN because i dont know now if the plant only used that orchid food like a one time fix for her or if she really like it? Dont know! So shes about to be feed soon and i have to be planning ahead., SO THE BIG QUESTION NOW IS: TA TA TANNNN!! lol WHAT ABOUT IF I FEED HER AGAIN WHEN SHES DUE AGAIN TO SEE IF REALLY LIKED THAT STUFF?? OR SHOULD I NOT RISK IT AND JUST BELIVE THAT I GOT LUCKY BECAUSE SHE WAS HUNGRY AND FEED WITH THAT ORCHID PLANT FOOD SO GO GET GOOD VEG FERTS??? LOL THANKS GUYS!! ====~~~

It's way to early to tell if your plants are sativa or indica, and sometimes it's near impossible to tell if it's a hybrid.

What is the NPK of that orchid food?
