2 WW females ....need help

this is my first grow and i need a little help. both my babies germinated so i just planted them. i have two major questions.
1. When do i transplant them
2. Is two 5500k cfl good enough right now?

when to transplant depends on the size of the pot ur using now, and how fast ur plants grow. Those two lights u got will get u going, BUT NOT FOR LONG. Ideally, u want the 6500k bulbls for vegging, but 5500's should work too. Get u some more lights, the highest actual wattage 6500k u can find, sit back, take two of these, and watch em grow

Transplant when a good amount of roots are available if the dirt and root ball is slid out of the pot.
Ideal temperature for veg growing is 6500K. Ideal temp for flowering is 2100k. But you can use any temperature at any phase of growth. The more light, the more product.
