Got the heat issue taken care of, got replacement drippers for the clogged drippers. All is well.

Snapped a picture real quick too, just some canopy for ya guys. Almost at the end of the 4th week, gonna feed with Purple Maxx in the res. and via foliar for about another week and then push Gravity for 2 weeks followed by a flush and harvest

So pretty much I've been trying to deal with hordes of spidermites. Finally got myself one of them nifty scopes so I can see these guys up close and it's terrifying. I had such bad webbing on like 10 plants, and the other 40 are just severely infested.

I used Forbid4F as soon as I got the clones, but it only works for 8 weeks and it's been quite a bit longer considering I vegged for a while. I used a mite spray called "Eight" or something a few weeks back, hasn't helped. I found the webbing so I bought the Doktor Doom Fogger, fogged up my room yesterday, still have mites everywhere. Bought some Safer End All today, supposed to kill mites in all stages, I'll saturate the leaves tonight when lights come on, then in a week try another Doom Bomb. Was gonna buy some ladybugs but my shop is out. I dropped the nighttime temperature to like 60 degrees as well so that should slow them down real nice and hopefully bring out some purple in these ladies.

I'm hoping I can keep them controlled for another 3-4 weeks, if not.. oh man ><

Damn...that sux with the mites.......little f@ckers are a pain........I've been useing all those "snake oils" for quite a while now.......I really dig purple maxx.....that stuff will frost up your buds no questions asked....I have grown a number of plants....same strains with and without Pmaxx...the difference is more than noticeable.....and bushmaster definitely stops vertical growth if used correctly.......now gravity works but if you don't give it to your plants at the right time....like too early your buds wont fill in the right way...that stuff makes them finish a bit faster too......well good luck with the mites.......... I tried running the ac 24/7 on the lowest setting cuz I don't mind the bill, but then after 36h the ac stopped working altogether. I let it sit for a day and it started working again. I am now keeping it at 69 as the low night time temp and I plan to start lowering it slowly. Tryna get some purple in the plants =] Any recommendations on how low to keep the night temp for some dark purps? And is there a specific time or week that it's most efficient?

I sprayed with Purple Maxx and Dutch Master Penetrator today. Also fed with my regular lineup and some PM.

I believe the shorter plants are ready for Gravity, but I can't feed it yet because they get the same water as the plants with smaller buds and I don't really want to give Gravity to small budded plants. Would Gravity work as a foliar as well or should I just wait till towards the end of the 6th week to use Gravity?

6 weeks 3 days. Taller plants look like theyre at week 5 maybe.

First pic is the shorter plant with the fatter buds. A lot of the hairs have turned but the trichs are still clear. Waiting a bit to feed Gravity.

Second pic is what 35 of the plants look like. As you can see, a little bit behind. At least I'm not so troubled with mites no more =] I think I'll be able to fend them off just fine for a few more weeks.

EDIT: I been thinking bout hanging a 400w MH in there as well just for a week or two =] it'll create a larger difference of daytime to night time temps which I hear is how you get purple in plants and it's supposed to increase the trich developement as well. Trying to get another ballast to replace the one I burnt out

Use the gravity when you think it's about 3 weeks from the end if you use it too soon your nugs wont finish filling in......the gravity kinda forces them to finish a little bit faster...I made the mistake a couple times and yeah the nugs got denser but were smaller than usual......ohh and I never tried to foliar feed with gravity so ???????......oh and glad to hear the mites are gone .......I hate battling with those lil basterds lol,,,,,

mites are a nightmare you wanna empty that room once ur gals are finished an clean from top to bottom with mild bleach

This is definitely not your first grow...your set up is ultra sophisticated....lol...i've been browsing your journal and i was hoping to see how tall your ladies are i'm trying to compare sizes so i can determine what kind of yield i can expect.

@jcdws602 - Some babies are ready for it right now but I can't feed it through my drip line because that would mean giving every single plants Gravity and some are definitely not ready. I'm still deciding if I should try to foliar feed them with it so I can give some right now or just give a heavy watering of Gravity in a week.

@ultimate buds - I'm definitely gonna make sure my mite problems are taken care of by the next go around. This first run is mostly a test of the system and a test of my growing ability. Next round I plan to improve on everything including nutes, quadrupling the amount of plants, getting a much heavier yielder, feeding schedules, etc.

@smifnwessun - Haha I assure you bro I ain't ever had myself a marijuana plant that I've had get more than 8" tall up until I moved out of the parents house. First harvest here, I'm excited about it Been a long time lurker, I like to know what I'm getting into before I get into it. Been checking out other vert setups to give ideas for mine and this is what I came up with. It's quite simple really, just took a lot of work to build. My tall ladies are 2' n the shorter ones are 10-14". However they'll all be short fat ladies my next go around. I'll try to get a buddy with a good camera to come through when I'm gonna be taking harvest pictures and I'll take individual plant and bud pics and what not. It's nearing the finish n I'm excited

So the last 3 Vert grows i have read through stated looking promising and then boom Nothing!

These guys are doing well so why are they gone?

Starting to remind me of LED grows where they claim they are gonna do start to finish with led only and have amazing yield, but usually disappear or throw in other lights.
