I've dealt with levi directly for about 9 months now. Never a prob. They did ship the wrong size plates once, but overnighted the correct size when I called him.

Grade 10 means the tinsel strength of said hardware. The grade 4 oem hardware is a severe weak point. A fellow presser sheared off the top bolts when pressing one time. He then had a shop weld the top rail to the side frame rails. I found upgrading the hardware (17.00) to be cheaper and easier.
I've only had a 30 day experience with old Levi. Twice accusing me of trying to scam when he did not deliver. Maybe the boy took more work on then he can handle, but just sharing my experience. He cost me some serious money as my material sat and aged while waiting for his sorry butt to deliver what he was paid for.

Tracking numbers go a long way.
If this comment is for me I'm not sure how? I had a tracking number it didn't help my package arrived on time nor did it help fill the box with my complete order. Imo Levi is a 2 bit business man and is not cut out for sales. But I'm happy you got your product you paid for, I sure did not..
