200 actual watts of cfl to flower

can someone tell we how many plants i could flower with 200 watts of cfl actual watts grow space is 3ft tall by 3 feet wide. could i do 12/12 from seed and get a decent yeild for personal use.also got molases how much should i use and how often



the lights are 3 55 watt 200 watt equiv 3860 lumens each and two 23 watt 100 equiv 211 watts all together and there soft white 2700k

depends on how big the plants are, how good there trained..ull have to really use those lights effivtily if u want a decent yield..id honestly got with 2 under 200watts..but if u must make sure u have a small enclosed area with alotta reflective material. GOOD LUCK

if i do 12/12 from seed what size pot should i use and could i get away with doing 5 what do you think i could yeild

Check out my thread, Ive been trying to run 7-8 plants in a 3x2x2 rubber maid for a few months. Honestly, I'd never expect to finish more than 2, maybe 3 plants at one time in 1Gal or 2ltr bottles in this space. My grow last year yielded about an Oz from one plant under 200w in the same box, and it got heat stressed like nobody's business.
