2016 grow season plans! Lots of questions!!!

So im getting an early start on my 2016 grow season, im planning on a very nice grow this year both indoor and outdoor along with atleast min. 3 strains to max 4 strains, i want to do a regular scheduled grow which is a 90 day grow cycle from clone to harvest every other day il harvest a plant and keep the rotation going around for 9 months.
The The outdoor grow op i plan to grow all the strains indoors start the seeds grow for 2 to 3 months then pick my best moms and cut 100's of clones to fill both indoor and outdoor grow, take a min. Of 50 clones/ a max. Of 80 clones, that are rooted and grown indoors for 1 mth then hardened off to go outdoors, plant outdoors around min june, start of july depend weather here, earlyer is possible so more yeild, and plant outdoors in pre-designated spot already with the holes dug out filled in with a mix 3 weeks befour the plants go in the ground.
The indoor strains would consist of all 3x to 4x strains which every i chooce that are a stronge medical strains, with the grow cycle being 30 clones grow for 3 weeks, 10 veg plants grown for 2 weeks, and the 30 flowering plants grown for 8 weeks, cut two clones every 4 days and harvest one ripe female every othe day everytime i harvest a plant i move one or two veg plants into the flower room, replace the one or two clones in the veg room and cut one or two more clones for a prepetual harvest, ill keep this cycle going for 9 mths maby even the full 12 mths,
The outdoor strain or strains HAVE to be mold/ pest everything resistant i already had issues with mold becuase of the climent here in my region, but mainly the outdoor grow will only be max 2 strains, that are heavily yielders.

So now my questions what would you suggest for the outdoor grow, im obviously going with soil in the ground they will be grown in pots for atleast 2 mths then transplantted into the ground, should i use a compost tea for the outdoor grow, or store bought nutrients, if so what should i use to feed the plants for the best results, indoors i plan to grow hydroponically i think, maby grow tables iv yet to decide yet, i need to figure out now im going to do this id love to take the moms i choose to grow in DIY buckets to to maintain each plant sepretley and hydroponically, what should i feed my indoor plants the compst tea as well or should i buy bulk supplys of nutrients and supplements, im going to have a room for veg, a room for flowering and a cloning chamber, the mom plants will be in the veg room along with those plants, the clone room will have fluros, the veg room will have 1 - 400watt MH venting xxxl light, the flowering room will consist of 2 - 600 watt HPS along with a few cfls and two fluros that are 8ft long two bulbs each so 4 bulbs all tg. Ill have extra light as in the fluros and cfls in both the veg and flowering room for that extra boost, the air flow is going to be for each room will have a intake fan of 12" and a outtake fan of 6" with duct fans to help keep the lights cool and air movement threw the ducting because of bends int he ducting and lenght. along with fans on pedestals oscillating, and lastly a co2 setup with a duel emitter to have in both veg and bloom room. The exhuast fan will exhaust into the Attic which noone uses and i will get a carbon filter for both intake fans the walls and floor are going to have white visqueen roll on it and the rooms divided with a wooden frame covered in white visaueen and plywood underneith the roll.
Any questions or concerns about this plan please let me know what you think and if i should tweek any plans also the questions i have asked in the plan above, ill be posting photos soon of the grow room and the build of it i dont want to start my journal untill i have everything redy boight and planned out,

Alsoim wondering about strains, im growing on the east coast of canada, most times we have snow till april here, and sometimes it snows as soon as early october, so im wondering about strains that grow well in the east coast of canada up north here lol, also strains that are mold and past and diseases resistant, thanks you and grow well!!
