Hey guys looking for some help I started 25 days ago from seed my plant doesn't seem to be growing vertically the way I think it should . It seems to be in good health and doing fine but my plant is not growing vertically . Here are some pictures ,remember 25 days from germination. Should it be taller or is it me ? image.jpgimage.jpg

You should not be worried about the vertical as long as u have the lights right above it. Are you feeding it anything and what is you medium?

The medium is Coco and how far should I keep the light from the plant and I'm using 4 T5 florescencent 24w 6400k

The structure is good. The lights look in a good distance. If it start stretching get the lights closer.
I hope you feed it every water because these laves are getting pale you might even go for 1/2 strength.

Also what nutes do you use. You might consider buying nutes for soilless medium.
Since you don't have soil you'll face issues if you don't have the proper nutes.

Macro N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S. (very important for plant health)
Micro B, Cu, Cl, Fe, Mn, Mo, Zn. (not so important)

N P K > Ca > Mg
S is found in your pH down products. Plant can withstand a lot of it and it is not affecting the other nutes uptake.
Silica is important for cell structure on soil-less mediums, which can be found in the pH up products.

Proper pH for soil-less is also very important.
Also i've heard coco is building salts so it would be good to flush at least once every 2 weeks. :)

I am not familiar with brands and their recipe's. You should look for some-one who has experience with the specific brand.
Anyway your ratio should be NPK 10:1 Cal/Mag. To much Cal will lock out your general nutrient elements.

Please take a note a lot of calcium can also be found in the tap water.

Me personally, I do not use Cal/Mag. My tap water is at 400ppm. I add a drop of epsom salt for mg.
List me the components of your nutrients and i'll give you basic idea of how to use them.

Ok listen closely. The top two are very low on nitrogen, they are perfect for flower but not for veg.
They also have all macro and micro nutrients needed except calcium. If you use tap water with these nutes, avoid using cal/mag.

The last one is a bit facked up. It has high nitrogen combined with even higher calcium. You can use it combined with the second one 1:1 for veg. With these nutes you don't need additional cal/mag. And if your tap water is hard you should find urself a filter or buy ro water from the store.

Very weird formula. I would like to see results. I can say is definitely not the perfect one a long as you are not growing tomatoes. :)

Let me give you example.
The combination of your formula:
1:1 Grow + Boost = NPK 4-3-8
1:1 Bloom + Boost = NPK 4-4-9
2:1 Bloom + boost = NPK 2.5-4-8
Bloom itself = NPK 1-4-7

With this formula you will have Phosphorus deficiency in late flowering.

Perfect formula is:
Seedling: 1-1-1 = ~ 4-4-4
Early vegetative: 2-1-1 = ~ 8-4-4
Late Vegetative: 2-1-2 = ~ 8-4-8
Early flower: 1-1-2 = ~ 4-4-8
Late flower: 1-2-2 = ~ 4-8-8
