I just want some of your guys info about this.

Most of the people building airo systems are using 5g rubbermaid containers, i bought a 22g one.

Here is the question...

I was going to do only 6, but why not 8 (maybe 10) ?

Is this a wise decesion?? :joint:

btw i am using a 400 watt HPS

closet is 6ft by 6ft and 3dt wide.. looks like a really nice stealth grow up

:peace:

Not sure who would us a 5 gallon setup for aero as thats way to small for more then 1 plants. I build and sell units and use them for a 8 plant setup you want at least a 35 gallon tub setup as you will be filling it with 15-20 gallons or water then the rest of the room will be air for roots to hang in and be sprayed.A 22 gallon would be best for 4 plants but you might squaeeze 6 in but your ph will be carzy and need adjusting up to a few times a day since such little water will be left from when plants drink and daily evap

Thx for the reply.

SHIT! that sucks. hmmmm I think i will have to risk 6 plants.

When you mention crazy ph levels. What do you mean?

I was under the impression that i would have to monitor the PH levels anyways, using ph up and ph down.

Thx

Well since you a giant Ethiopian might not bother you but as you know from math class water weighs about 8 lbs a gallon and whut 6 full grown wacky tobaccy plants weighs wet roots and all I aint got no idear. You get this thing up and running wear a back brace when you try to pick it up and move it. Or you might need a fork lift. Think you should try a 4 holer like the man says. Maybe three whilst we thinking on it.

That is some funny shit.

I think your right.

Just a FINAL question.

Learning from what you said, I don't think i can lift all that weight, Forget about 8 plants, I am going to do only 6.

Would a 4 plant setup give me a better harvest since they have a lot of room to grow, or would a 6 plant setup give me a better crop, even though they will be close to each other?

thx!

Yes you have to check daily but like for me a 50 gallon res the ph may not move or it might move a few tenths of a point. In a small res and with all unit the less watre the greater the jump so you may go from a perfect 5.5 at breakfast to find out at noon its at 7 then you fix it and come back at night and find the ph at 6.4 so you have to ph a few times a day where I might not have to ph at all in 3 days..Yeah your not gonna pick up any of these once they start.Once it has water in it unless its on a platform with wheels this is where it will be they will weigh a ton.Id do a 4 plants setup with little more room and lollipop and super crop to gain multiple tops and then toss a net ontop and go scrog for maximum yield.Good luck on the first round go
