Just thought i'd get some advice on my lil girl, shes 24 days old from seed, under quite crappy lights, 4 23w cfls.
If you can notice the burn on it, thats from over new year, i left it to my mother to look after it and she failed. She seems a tad small to me, am I right?

Looks stunted and I don't know if it's the the pic or what but it looks like it needs nutes and Way more light if you want it to grow, Good luck JR

well i agree and dissagree jr

it deff need more light, but you could do a little end around just by surounding it with something relfective

the light green would indicate that it needs more nitrogen, but that damage on the leaf tips indicates fert burn.
if your using maricle grow stop now and save yourself some heartache.
throw away the rest you have and get something decent.

are you sure you have your water/soil ph in the right range?? 6.5 ish (yeah to those that have the urge to correct my preferred ph DONT, its MINE)

also how often are you watering?

what is the ambient temp of the roots??

hey man... i hate giving bad news but there is a serious problem with the plant that needs to be addressed immediately.

if you look closely at the tip of the left leaves there are signs of dendrochronologic strain. what ever you put into the water is causing radiometric dating in the tips of the leaves. the plant is attemting to fight it off and thats why its stunted, its a rare problem like heliocentrism but its avoidable.. you should abandon this grow before the nosocomial infection spreads and you end up with poisonous bud.

sorry man

good luck with the next grow

something that everyone seem to leave out. Stems are looking pretty skinny, put a fan in there somewhere if you dont already have one.

just my 2 cent

6.5ish is a good thing :bigjoint: I tend to fly at 6.8 most of time but everyonce in awhile I like 5.6

Now to the thread at hand

you have room in that pot to add more soil, build it up to cover some of that stem, don't worry it will turn into more roots

get a fan but aim it at the lights and then move them closer about 1 to 1and 1/2 inches

fan = better stem is a myth so don't worry about that

If you are in MG soil find the threads about growing in it and read em, it can be done just a bit more work (nothing serious)

plant is looking good, but try not to burn it again

Hey, sorry for the late reply.
Had a fan on it since day one, yeah the lights are sucky, but as I didn't get paid over xmas I've literally had no money what so ever, untill i get my student loan in i wont be able to afford a HPS. Anyone know anywhere in the UK that sells Cheek but reliable HPS light balasts?
Also moved the lights closer, could do with better CFL's but again money issues and such. I did look for some good ones in my local FOCUS and shopping stores, but didn't have anything over a 23w bulb, also my bulbs are soft white, more than likely the cause in its growth, but as i said, i couldn't find any other bulbs and ordering online wasnt an option at the time. I suck I know, but i'll be doing my best to keep her healthy. Just cant wait to get some decent lights!
