240cfm flow IN, only 175cfm flow OUT, problem?

If one has a grow box using a 240cfm duct for air intake and 4x45cfm fans (175cfm flow total) for exhaust/air out would this create a problem for the plants inside?

Is the 240cfm an inline booster fan? Cuz if it is it will slow down with ducting and such and will only run about 190cfm. If you have close to that say 175 it should be fine. I like to have a little negative pressure inside my grow room.

You want them to match as close as you can.
