you payed 100 bux for 5 auto seeds your nutts. you can keep a 250 watter 5-6 inches above you plants with a good fan after they grow abit i use the 250 for indoors. you can get decent ass buds for such low watts but if you add some cfls for side lighting you can pull has much has a 400 watt h.i.d. as for right now i would keep the light at like a foot and lower it an inch every 2-3 days untill you get about 5-6 inches away

Read the beginning bro - I paid 100 for the 7 seeds with shipping to US and a guaranteed shipping with the coffee mug that totaled 100. also i have 2 300 watt CFLs on the side of the HPS...Thanks for checking the journal but dont fill it with useless nonsense

Holy shit dude...This is the way I want to do it! I love these tents. Do you think it will get too hot with a cool tubed 400? Im really into getting things to temp before attemping any kind of grow. I lost too many due to heat issues. I totally dig the air coming from under the plants. Sorry about the questions but here they come....
Do you have a new update on cost with the new fans and vortex? How do you have your intake setup? How did you germinate your seeds? Ill probably have more questions later on if thats ok...
This grow is going to be the shit....
My next will be AK47xLR2 F1

Thanks again...

I'll just take these all one by one..
-Cool tube 400 would be fine i think.
-The vortex (790 cfm - split to 2 tents) was $167. One tent would not need this much power.
-$25 for variable speed timer
-2 small fans traded for the big 16"
-Intake is a 6" inline intake fan and there is about 18" of dryer tubing hanging down toward the bottom of the tent where it draws cold fresh air. the tent is on a platform with wheels so air travels under the tent
-Germinate by wetting a papertowel with distilled water and putting it between two small plates faced together. I put it in the tent for some heat and it usually takes 1-2 days. Use dark plates that dont allow light to penetrate. Good luck!

Great choice in seed! I am ordering the exact same one this week for next time. It looks real funky. And yes you should run your 250 for their whole life at 20-4.

2-3 days max - my seeds were to my front door within 4 business days all the way in the US.
If you have limited money - just make sure your fan supply is up to par (spend it there)

Got back to see the ladies have started flowering and have bushed up alot. We have 3 of the autos in the tent currently and the White Widow.

Now that I'm back and the plants have started flowering - we will be begin the nutes from Fow Farm @ .25 and briskly work our way to strong nutes and bud hardener. Gonna try the SNOW STORM on one of them as well to see how that stuff compares.

The 2nd group of pics from the tent that holds regular flowering ladies shows the OG Kush a few weeks into flowering.

So the white 16" fan died and was a bit large anyways so it has been removed and I added a $12 beast of a fan from Wal-Mart in its place. Also brought the exhaust tubing down next to the reflector to take away the hottest air. The grow is EVER changing...

Pics are a few single shots from day 20 on the autos in the chair

Then day 21 in the tent together (The Blue Widow plant is the back left)

Followed by some shots of the OG Kush starting to look dank...

Im glad I found your grow, I have the same tent. I was wondering what temps, you get with the lights on and door close in your tent. The vent to your attic did you drill a hole threw the celling? Awsome grow will follow closley.:weed:

Hi, With the extremely strong fan in the attic, the intake, the black fan in top of the tent, and something blowing on the bulb - the temps have stayed from 76 to 83. My house gets REALLY hot in the late afternoon, so i do a lot to try and keep those temps down (mostly waiting for winter to roll in) but I am able to keep the tent in an acceptable range. The 250 is quite hot in this confined space, so make sure you are ready with the proper amount of fans and fresh air.
For the connection to the attic, I simply drilled a circle of holes 4" in total diameter and punched up through. Also drilled a small one for the cord to come back through and hook into the variable speed control. When i stop being lazy, I will puddy those sealed around the joint and the cord.

Thanks for watching

Full nutes today on both the Ak's and the Blue Widow. I will start the Snow Storm with the next watering in a few days. If you want to see some early results of the Snow Storm - check the OG's pictures after the Auto's here. The OG is growing Beautifully.
