250w CFL Lumen output

have just got hold of a couple of 250w CFL's. I have looked around but can find no two charts the same as regards CFL lumen output, and none at all for a 250w. Is there a formula? Does anyone know where I could find this info? Would like to go with CFL's only but not if it greatly affects my yield/quality... Im pretty new to all this.

the 250w cfl i have bought but still waiting for it ( royal mail :evil: ) states that its 19500 lumens

the 250 watt CFL bulbs are 19,500 lumens if it is the 8U bulb & 14,750 if it is a 6U bule. when i say 8U & 6U i meen the number of (U) shaped bends in the bulb. 1 2500watt 8U Bulbs is fine for 2 - 3 plants.

250 watts is not 19,500 lumens, i know 200 watts is 9800 so id imagine 250 is around 13,000 or so

a rough calcuation for CFL's is :
watt * 50 = amount of lumens
so by that rough calc , u get about 12k lumens.
