250w switchable too hot???

I was thinking about getting a 250w switchable HPS/MH for about 3-4 plants. I was going to use a lume cool hood and duct it to the outside of my cabinet. The size of the cabinet is 4'H--1'4"D--2'10"W. You think that it will get to hot in there? Ive been taking the temp inside the cabinet and the room that it is in. The temps range from 62-70 degrees F.

i dont think so .. i run 4 x 250watts hps at same time and there is no heat issues .. + you will run cool hood .. dont worry ..

my room is big 3x3x2 meters ... and i got 16 pots in it ... if your space is limited you can try 50 or 70 watts hps as well

I was thinking about that. want to grow 3 plants in there. Going to use CFL's for the first couple weeks in veg and use the MH on top of that. Then switch over to CFL's and HPS. You think the grow space is too small? The price of a 250 is about the same as a 150. Cant get a cooled hood with a 150. Later I want to expand. If I ever get out of this fucking apartment!

that space for a 250 will be a lil bit too hot!! but i think you could pull it off if you have good ventilation but heat is gonna be a big issue.. but if you would get that 150 thats like perfect cab size for that many watts as long as your venting some how!!!!
