260w QB Question

I have a question. I have this 260w quantum board 3000K I got that I don't have on yet when would you flip it on if you had this setup? I'm currently in early veg and running 6 Cobs 300w from Timber at 3500k at full power. With an additional 180w running too.
I am in the fourth week of veg but I started from a Seed. Running hempy bucket method. Air stones and bottom fed.

4x4 Tent

I have flipped it on a couple times just for a couple seconds and it definitely makes the tap a couple degrees warmer but obviously nothing like before. I'm just anxious as to when I should flip to turbo should I wait until I get to flower and how should I do so?

Screw it. Turn it on now and fry em.

The sooner they acclimate to the higher PPFD the better. The last thing you want to do is stunt them during the bulking phase. Last week of veg should be in the final flowering light imho.
