What kind of soil
some cheap soil i bought at the local flower shop . on my first grow it seemed like it had good drainage and i had some left , so i used it for this grow also .

on my next one (12/12 from seed inspired by SICC's grow)
ill buy a mixed perlite - coco (50-50) soil.

UPDATE : day of veg 18
she is now 10cm (about 4 inches) tall.
she got a lot of little branches just all mixed up one with each other , i tried to seperated them as much as i can .(u can notice the toothpick in the soil)

i was wondering when do u think i should start flowering ?
i was thinking ill start at one month of veg .

Well they will just about triple in size during flowering, I flowered mine at your same height, but she was 4 1/2 inches and is not 16 inches tall, my grow was supposed to be 12/12 from seed, but i didnt like the rate of growth, so i went one week with 12/12, then 2 weeks of 18/6, then bac to 12/12 to flower her

Hey bro, I'd keep up with the LST, there's a great posibility for more yeald. Just make sure to make a "Counter Tie" (tie the base of the stem ever so slightly in the opposite direction you plan on tieing the top of the plant and you should be golden! I'm LSTing right now, and she's looking GREAT! AMAZING side growth! Just give her some time, I think you should keep up with the LST, just remember "Counter Tie"

im using a method (link at the first post of the thread) that uses hooks . it is called i belive spiral LST , u basicly tie the plant using hooks to the soil , and train it to circle around the pot . once u get to the end u chop it .

can u please explaine why counter tie ?

thanks alot mate.
actually even tho i cant find any mylar here (as a roll , not like in chips package or fire blanket), i preffer white paint . i rather lose 10-15% of reflection and gain heat reflection, than working with 80% reflection and 0% heat reflection.
so for my next grow, ill build a cabinet , inside is painted white . i thought ill build it for this grow actually , but i was too lazy to go out and pick woods :P hehe ..

Cool, again they will triple in size during flowering, so each person really chooses when they want to flower, but the longer you wait, the more mature the plant is, and better buds/yield, but ts mostly preference thing, as you kno, my plant turned out great at only 4 inches when flowered, how tall is your lady, and what is your light set up now for flowering

just wanted to update a bit .
i see a bit of purple in the stem , which indicates for temperture either a weee bit cold
or lack of Nitrogen , so i added another 1ml of total Grow to the mix .

oh nothing happend , everything is kewl !
but it can be better if the stem is all but green , i just got a bit of purple at the top of the stem .
so maybe not enough Nitrogen , or its a bit cold . so i added 1ml to the mix , to check if it will makes it better .

it could be also the strain . but it should be constant to all the branches and the entire stem .
and for myne theres just a bit of purple in the middle of the plant .

pics would be up soon charging my cam , she's gone HUGE !
