2nd Grow White Widow ( CFL Grow ) DWC

This is my second grow , bought these as clones and today is day 27. I will post up pics . I'll try to keep this updated often . Every Friday I do a res change . Currently using humboldt nutes. Again, this is my second grow . First grow went bad because I was using LED lights in a grow tent with no source of heat and no ventilation besides a clip fan, so humidity took control. Mold was taking over and thats that for my.grow . Let me start by saying although LED's were effective for veg. They Sucked Dick for flower stage . Nugs looked like popcorn . And no , it wasn't the China eBay LED. Sunshine systems are reliable and good quality . strain is White Widow . Feel free to ask any questions.

Last day the bottom left was alive . Looked to be spider mites :'( didn't want to risk my ladies so cut her down . I don't know if this growth is normal , but compared to soil , hydroponics fuckin kicks ass

Day 25 , front view . Topped @ day 11 and they got bushy

Day 27 ( today 5/9/2011 ) plants are 16 inches tall . I'm waiting for them to hit 2 feet to flip them . Ordered my PH meter and my TDS meter got here about a week ago . Ph meter should get here by the 11th . Been using a Damn bottle and drops to Measure ph , been keeping it as close to 5.5 as possible , great advise I got from a fellow member is not ride the ph roller coaster . I adjust Ph to 5.5-6.0 ( no way to tell a real number since I'm fuckin prolly going color blind lol ) Jk . But it has been fun to watch these gorgeous ladies grow . Room temp stays between 75-82 and humidity stays between 45-55% . Nothing out the ordinary

looking pretty good!!!! You said you are using CFL's right? It might just be the pics, but it appears that your lights my be a bit too far from the plants.. Maybe thats why they are stretching out on you. (but like i said, it "appears")

i to am looking into going the hydroponic road in the near future.

And yeah I'm using CFl, about 2-5 inches away from the top.
