give it chance, it'll take a little longer with flouro's bein as the output isn't quite as high as cfl/hps

try to keep your lights how close is possible to your plants without burning leaves.this may helps flowering bit faster.if you get extra cfl's for side lights this must bee good for them.

i got 5 bulbs at 26 watts a piece but it says there equal to 100 watts from a regular bulb, so whatever that means....im not sure what type of fluoros i have

its also good to look for the lumen output and the kelvin number on the bulb.
6500k for veg and 2500k for flower is ur best bet. most cfls put out about 1500 lumens but it varies so just make sure you have enough of them.

the #'s he typed where there Kevlin temp's. 6500K = daylight bulbs, 2500K Warm Bulbs, different spectrums of light. Lumens is intensity at i belive 1 foot.

get a 250 watt hps for your next grow, Its a massive difference. flouros are torch lights. i used them for bout a month straight on my clone before swapping it for 400 hps, it grew about an inch a day. Now two weeks into flowering its got buds half inch round and hard
