2weeks into grow NEED SOME GOOD ADVIVE/HELP??!!

hey guys im a beginner grower..

indoor grow
ak/48 strain
fox farm ocean forest soil
matering once every two days and a lil here and there

its now on a 400watt ms

for 2weeks its looking a lil not sooo leafy i guess...now with this 400watt should i do 18 on 6off now??or do one more week ok stringht light 24hours??its already been 2 weeks so tell me expert advice ;lol & any tips also recommend some grows or formulas to put in to speed up and help the process thanxx

run either 24/0 or 18/6 untill you want to flower

Buy some power thrive it is the best to help your plants and all natural so you cant burn them by giving it to much,, works great.
id keep it on 24 hours for 1 more week to see how they do.
