@MCOB I didn't mean to imply that I think that new twin 600W DE setup is in any way better than LED, let alone COB LED.

It was meant to be a response to the poster who asked how manufacturers expect to fit two 600W lamps in a small space.

Moving on to COB LED arrays, those pics are amazing! And they're 2 years old?

What else do you know about the company?

I've been doing business with them for at least 2 years I think. My first contact with them was through Craigslist of all places.

GrowthStar's headquarters is a 30 minute drive from where I live and they first introduced me to LED & COB grow lights.

I was at the grow chambers in those photos and it was very cool. Terribly expensive setup! Few floors with multiple grow chambers running different tests like the ones in the photo. They don't grow any cannabis there though. For that they work with other growers like myself, who can legally grow cannabis.

If you know someone who has a big budget, is licensed, can legally grow, and/or has a big following on social media/web in Canada or USA I can put in a recommendation for your friend to be a sponsored grower as well.
