3 br house dedicated to growing for one year

I have a friend who owns a grow shop and see's people like this all the time, they come in with these pipe dreams of being this huge cultivator, never growing before. Buying $3000 worth of equipment and a month latter trying to return it.

Five of six marijuana grow houses recently raided by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office were discovered as a result of the suspicious use of electricity, according to detectives……...Florida leads the nation with the number of indoor grows reported to the Drug Enforcement Administration….. Willis, supervisor of the sheriff’s special investigative unit, said investigators can go to electric companies with subpoenas for power usage information on a home if they believe it is being used for a marijuana grow house. Many utility companies keep records on the normal amount of electricity a residence uses, with huge spikes sending up a red flag.

Sometimes you just got to roll the dice lol.......

but really if you haven't actually had any experience maintaining a decent size grow i wouldn't go all out like that......it is a lot more work than one can imagine and that's if things run smooth.

My favourite one was my dad who is a cop and a smoker telling me about the guy stealing electricity from his neighbour, they go investigate and find a huge grow op lol, dumbasses.
Seriosly dude dont rent a house for a grow op, do what you like but try to learn what you are doing first, and if you do it put the lease in some dumbasses name not yours.
That way they can only get you with cultivation and conspiracy and if you lawyer up it'll be hard to prove you are the responsible party. I know its a dick move but they can call
you a dick from prison while you walk free on probation or dropped charges. but in my opinion start small and go big later. My motto CYA cover yer ass!

yeah i would have 12 solar panels kicking juice to run 80% or it. i think a farm is the best. toss up 12 solar panels charge a bank of batteries and use that to run the whole opp. but that is a chunk of change. ill be adding my first solar panel this summer if all goes right. i get batteries cheap since we are an interstate battery dealer. but if he does this right no big tv microwave ect he can use gas oven to cook and watch on a 32inch lcd tv he can make it under radar. shit my isnt jumping i turned off 2 ceiling fans and we run 1 tv at a time used to be 2 so no big power usage. i love led/cfl.

Not bs lol.. I won't have the house for another couple months so I'm just trying to see what everyone says and make the best decision possible. Also the only person that's going to see any real profit from this is me. My friend is just charging me a little higher rent than he normally would and turning a blind eye to the whole thing. J

I can say this you have time watch the grows and hey find a moterator who knows their stuff and ask for a reference to someone you can go to see a big setup running the right way. 3 9x9 rooms is big you want to pump it out, you also have to make all windows so they cant see in kinda looks funny depending on where the house is close too. and if that house is within 2 miles of a school walk away. again a farm house with privacy is the way to go. that city or town stuff gets you busted easy.

So really the question is.. What should a novice grower do with a 3 br house.
Realistically, what kind of profits can I return at the end of the year without running a huge risk of getting caught.
The year starts once I obtain all of my equipment. I'll be starting from seed.
Ill be paying about 1200 a month in rent plus utilities and still have to buy all of the equipment.

You can grow several hundred pounds. or 10 pounds. if seeds are already ready fem seeds you can get mothers going now and clone. look at air injection cloing super sweet clones will come up 2x faster with roots. you really should get a few plants under your belt. learn to grow them so go buy a tent and see if its for you. if you can do what you read. have you ever did a garden? weeded daily ect? this setup will be a full time job. i would go check out a few medical setups who are legal help them for a week. go home with a few clones maybe and see if you can do it and if they turn out good, i know someone else said that. i thought you was testing us a little but you are new and shouldn't attempt a huge grow till you have a few small ones under your belt.

Seeing any Legal medical setups isn't an option. I have books and have learned a lot through watching/helping multiple friends and family with their grows. However none of them are in my area anymore.
Honestly, 10 pounds would be completely worth it in my eyes. 20 pounds would be awesome. Anything more than that would be simply amazing but I'm definitely not trying to over do it.

10lbs would not.pay for equipment rent utilities rent etc. All your bills plus car gas etc. I doubt you will even break even

I'd use one full room for flowering and a second room for cloning and vegging. Lightwise you will be fine with a 400-600W veg bulb and 1000W for flowering. Grow some fast indicas and flower them under the big light. Starting with rooted clones, I can do an indica grow with 3 1/2 weeks vegging and 6 1/2 weeks flowering. A total of just 10 weeks in dirt. I use small little 7 x 7 inch berry pots and veg to 18-22 inches. BigSteve.

Well I did that math at 1250 for a qp. 10 lbs might not be all that worth it. But let's just say 30 lbs would be target goal here.

if you are serious watch the sea of green video. start now with seeds get mothers up and running then clones so when you move in with boxes of clones and mothers you hit the floor running. also dotn ship this stuff to that house. have nothing going their. i shipped my stuff to my house knowing nothing is here lmao all within a block though. 2 months to get a base going of mothers and have the first round of plants ready also and clones starting so every 2 weeks you harvest
