think of it this way , your going to have to put them in bigger pots for flowering anyway if you dont want to be root bound so when you do that just lightly remove the dirt being very carful to seperate roots with your cleannnnnn hands anf dig a nice hole in new pot for the roots and bury , water well and hope for the best , transplanting is alwase tricky lol but they look healthy, they might schock for a few weeks but give them time

If you are going to flower them now you could get away with 2 gallons of dirt, but more is better if you do it before transition.

Root bound is the problem of too much root mass not enough dirt.

Take a big knife and cut the soil into three pieces they will be fine.

Take down the tinfoil that is on the wall... And i do believe your gonna need some more space soon.

Last But Not Least Is It Bad to change the Lights From 24/0 straight to 12/12 cause right Now My plants Have Been Under 24/0 since I started them.

Its not bad but more unnatural...there should be a phase of 18/6 for a week atleast. There are benefits when they are young for 24/7 but as pre-teens they should have some 18/6. I've personally noticed a better success rate with getting females in 18/6. oh and for those 3/1 get a knife and some gloves, cut and water the ball, transplant and give some nutes. will be shocked for sure, with that kind of stress and direct 12/12 you're asking for a male.

I flush my plants and then turn the lights off for two days then go to 12/12
In the past i did 24 then 12 the next day and it was fine....

the 400 mh is enough light for the space you had... not the proper flowering spectrum but it will work....

two more weeks of growth will be alot for the space.
cut the plants apart ... transplant... take cuttings... cram them in there and flower....
