3- THIRTEEN promo...

Been here for 10 years now decided to try something with roots right here in our own little community caught the promo from great lakes genetics & over the years I've ordered from attitude , worldwide , & sannies to name a few great lakes puts them all to shame for $60.00 &$7.00 flat rate shipping I've got about 30 seeds , enough to keep me busy for a good while I've got purple primate & monkey juice soaking , been doing the clone only stuff for a couple of years now so its time to change things up a bit

Of the 4 seeds so far 2 have popped 1 purple primate & 1 monkey juice the plan is to grow them side by side

Keep us posted. I got that Citrus MILF seedling going.. & a chem d x Apollo f4 bout 5 weeks into flowering!!good stuff

Do you have a thread? this thread will be continued & updated more frequently as it gets up to speed I think Red has put a lot of work into this & should suit my growing style just fine I'll be posting more details of my tents nutes etc, as this takes off

I plan on harvesting this Christmas & putting the monkey juice & purple primate (1 of each) instead of a single plant grow as I'm now doing that should cut down on my veg time this strain I'm gonna keep it will go back in my other tent

My tablet takes awful pic's but all 4 have popped

I've got everything to move forward with this 2 monkey juice & 2 purple primate under the t=5 the 3rd purple primate replaces the second one I broke trying to get the seed husk off of it pretty happy as I'm not the worlds greatest at popping seeds cloning comes much easier !

This will finish before my seedlings are ready to go in the tent

Reds gear is gonna be making the rounds of the 4 seedlings I'm gonna grow one of each strain & the other two are going to a friend to grow out & we will compare phenos the monkey juice seedling with the crinkled leaves seems to be gg#4 leaning & the smallest one is the purple primate that was popped a few days later I'm gonna get them in larger containers in the next few days I'll figure out exactly which two I'm gonna pick in the next couple of weeks

Purple primate ! I put them into bigger pots today from here they will go into the smart pots they will finish in I'm a firm believer in not transplaningg any more than I absolutely have to just less chance of screwing things up this way

I've decided to run Reds gear in both tents @ 2 plants each I've been doing single plant grows lately & probably after this I'll return to that I like what I'm seeing in these seedlings & have decided to run all 4 they'll be in homemade e&f using megacrop , 2gal. smart pots & Royal gold basement mix which ( against royal gold advice) I flood daily & last but not least they will be in 3x3 tents with a 2x2 scrog

This is chopped & hanging both tents are now empty hopefully I can get the new babies in somewhere around new years

Monkey juice are both starting to show their gg#4 lineage

Trimming has started

Megacrop @ 2 gr per gal. all is well & good I'll be rounding a few things up for the tents this weekend

Its early yet but so far these monkey juice seedlings are displaying very similar if not identical characteristics I was gave a viper spectra led light it is 520 actual watts I might use it to flower my CLW tent & I'm gonna see if I can convert it to cobs or EB strips instead of the blurple there has to be a way to hot rod it

Purple Primate seems to be a little more aggressive growing than the monkey juice & once again no variation so far except that one is younger because I broke the root on one of the first 2 i germinated soon these are going in my tents at that point I'll go into detail on tents , lights , nutes , etc.

Purple Primate is the first in I'm not the most patient lol the tent is a 3x3 I got from hydro builder its their house brand decent quality at a good price , the E&F is home built from commonly available stuff , res holds 8 gal. The tubs hold considerable less & the overflow is routed back to res. I'm using 2 gal. smart pots & royal gold basement mix which is a coco based soiless mix but has other stuff in it too I feed @ 6.3 - 6.7 pH. because of the other ingredients you can get away with running pH. That high I use megacrop & tap water I used to add cal mag but discovered as I backed it off the plants didn't complain so I quit buying the stuff along with other sedatives & my grows didn't mind that either the megacrop basement mix combo is damn near bulletproof for me when the babies get a bit bigger I'll flood once a day the light is a 6-cob Johnson @ 340 w. I'm only running 3 cobs for now & the lightnis 36 in above until the babies acclimate
