3 weeks from seed and no growth?

As the title suggests, this plant is 3 weeks old since it popped up and there is no new growth... They started outside where it's 12/12 for 2 weeks, then I brought them in a week ago and placed under 24/0. Have another seed that grew out at the same time and it's on it's second set already under 24/0 as well... I been seeing these little white dots that are getting longer but I refuse to believe they are pistles, where the first set of real leaves are supposed to grow from but no progress. Anyone ever encounter this? Whats going on here? Any answeres will be appreciated.

That is crazy man, sorry.

At least its a girl right?
Well yeah but I pray that it grows out. I have read that you can induce early sexing and then revert back to vegging when you determine sex but this is like making an infant get preggo. I agree, it's crazy, never seen anything like this before.

i cant imagine thos being pistels at this stage, before sexually mature, but they certainly look like it. is it an autoflowering strain?

id get a kick out if seeing this plant bud and produce like a bowl pack sized bud

No, it's a landrace sativa from Mexico... Oaxacan or Michoacan strain.

It's probably because you started it under 12/12 and changed to 24/0. The plant has to revert from flower to veg and it takes more time than if you had just started it at 24/0

Possibly shock from bringing outdoors to indoors and going from 12/12 to 24/0
What kind of lights and soil are you using?

I had something similar and my problem was a bug nibbled on it,,, mines still grew out though... Looks like it ate the growing tip....just a guess though:neutral:

Can it revert back to Veg and continue? That is the ultimate question.
ok. thats pretty crazy.. i've seen a few babies where the first set of leaves looked kinda like that- but those things are more white than ive seen.. sure looks like tiny pistils.. be pretty crazy if they were..although i highly doubt it, absolutely no way that plant could be sexually mature.

but that long with almost no growth to show from it? that plant is so stunted its honestly a waste to keep it.. (althought, dont get me wrong, ive nursed plants for weeks that had no hope just to see what i could do,and what would happen) but can it 'revert' back? well, it could start growing again yes, but that plant seriously doesnt have the type of vigor someone usually wants in a ganga plant.

if i were you though, id prolly just pop a new bean..

lol, it's gotta be the light change. You say it's 3 weeks old and two of those weeks were spent under 12/12, meaning it's only got a week of vegetative lighting and it probably spent that entire time trippin on going from flower to veg.

no way wiki.. isnt even old enough to 'switch' to flow.. it had to have jus got stunted from not enough light.. lol. on the other hand coulda jus got stunted from something unknown.. i had this sprout carlton that pulled shyt like this, lol.. was stunted for like 8 weeks at that stage before it decided to get with the program and grow.. brothers n sisters were fine.. weird, but it happens.

No bugs present, the soil was sanitized by boiling water before planting and I had it in a small homade greenhouse.

At this young age?

Forest topsoil and 12" depth subsoil mixture. 100W 2700K and 3100K CFL, 2 inches away and a 12V 120MM PC fan

I've read in a few places that it's possible to have a miniature plant no bigger than 4 to 6" as a solid bud like a little mutant

That sux! But at least you had other plants, I only have 2 and I'm not sure on the #2's sex.

Thanks everyone for your input :)

So 2 weeks after it pops outside and one week inside, and it hasn't gotten past the cotyledon leaves? That plant has lost its manual somehow. RNA malfunction perhaps...but is stunted for sure. You can keep playing with it, but, well hey, you never know. Just keep it out of curiosity....

Damn skippy! I named it Corky after that kid from from that show "Life goes on" in 1989; it has life and it shows some intelligence but it's not doing much. I'm gonna keep it untill it turns over. LOL, I'll be a monkey's uncle (again) if anything becomes of this plant.
