In my other thread I was getting together a parts list for my first DIY cob led. Now that the parts are in the mail I've working on the design. My girlfriend has the skills in Cinema 4D and helped me put this video together based on a 2D keynote design I created.
I already have the two 36" heatsinks, the driver, and the 8 leds in the mail. I'm still working out the finer details about how I'm going to hang it and bond the heatsinks together. If anyone more experienced sees any potential issues in the design let me know.

Meanwell HLG-185H-C700B
2 x 14" by 2" by 1/8" aluminum flat bar
24" by 2" by 1/8" aluminum flat bar
4 eye hooks
