Tonight I will be switching out the MH bulb and replacing it with an HPS lamp. The plants are being left in darkness for 24 hours and set on a 12/12 photo-period. I will continue to update weekly with photos throughout flowering so stay tuned. Breeders packs say 8-10 weeks on the strains I am running but I will be judging by the color of the trichrome heads as to when to harvest. I will try to get a macro lens for my smartphone between now and then so during the later weeks of flowering I can upload some close up pictures of the trichromes. Anyways thank-you anyone who is taking the time to read this, happy growing, Irie :bigjoint::leaf:

Hey everybody. I have a few grows under my belt but by no means would consider myself anywhere near an expert. I am passionate about growing and love soaking up all the information I can get on the subject. I am currently running a 3x3 tent and would love some constructive criticism, tips, or suggestions. I currently have 4 plants which I have started from seed, 1 Citrix (La Con x Grapefruit), 2 Glass Slipper (La Con x Cindy 99) and 1 Mammoth (La Con x Snocap) all from reserva privada colorado. They are in vermifire soil, in 5 gallon smart pots, with a couple weeks of veg and have been topped once as of today when these pictures where taken. The only thing I have been feeding them is botanicare pure blend tea (0.5-0.5-1.0 NPK)
at 40ml per gallon of water every 2 waterings and plain h2o on the days inbetween. I am using an RO filter and applyed mycos to the soil before transplanting to the 5 gallon buckets. I plan on letting these plants recover for a few days and top them one more time before giving them one more week of veg and flipping. Anyways, thankyou for anyone who takes the time to read, and thankyou to anyone who has solid advice to offer :) ! Happy growings my friends!
I wanted to do this but the manager of the apartment complex said we can grow anything but medical marijuana.

I live in an illegal state so i feel you my brother. I think its crazy how you can be a legal medical marijuana patient in some states and yet be discriminated against regarding work and housing. Hopefully the future will bring a brighter tomorrow. Wishing you the best of luck with your situation.

Thanks, There are petitions going around now for legalization of recreational use here in Michigan. Hopefully if it passes the prices around here will drop as more people start growing. Will also mean I could grow on a friends property. Good luck on your tent, my only advice from personal experience is don't even tell your friends about it, it's usually a "friend" who rips it off or tells others about it.

They look great! Do you think u could pull 400gr out of this setup ? :)
I dont want to count my eggs before they hatch but I sure hope to my man. I always shoot for a gram a watt. I have never hit it yet but hope to do so in the future with more experience and knowledge :) . Thanks for stopping by and checking the grow out!

Mammoth (Densest of the strains I am running. Classic Indica skunk/hash scent)

Glass Slipper (Probably the greasiest out of the 3 strains I am running. Flowers and leaves are absolutely caked in extremely sticky resin. Smell is a combo of champagne, fresh ocean breeze, and berries)

Citrix (Best smelling of the 3 strains. I would best describe the scent of this plant as an "exotic/sexual chocolate mixed with a fresh ocean breeze and a mango/grapefruit)

Looking good, im in the same size tent, with 600w, but I run floods for supplimental lighting on the bottoms, sides and even nested inside the plant center. Since you asked earlier about suplimental lighting thats what I would do. Go to home depot or lowes and grabe some 125w LED floods with sunlight specturm, really great for developing lowers and catching those dark spots. I run about 6-7 or so floods and notice no serious heat issues/increases.

Some people might ask why not run another 600 or stronger lamp, but with smaller, modular lights you get light where it needs to go and the LED give off nothing as far as heat goes, even with leaves right on them.

The plants look great, nice glossy sheen on leaves. Good and healthy!
