I started off using organic soil, then I transplanted into fox farm soil ..could I still bree my teas....the reason 4 the change in soil, the guy who sold me the soil had little bugs all in the soil.....an I had nowhere to get that type of soil.... did I make a bad move by changing soils

All those problems and questions with and about soil is why I went hydro. Also, be careful, people have complained about root gnats and aphids with fox farms

“Bugs” are not all bad. Soil mites are actually very good for a healthy mix. Organic soil attracts and contains all kinds of creepy crawlers but most are not detrimental. Not all soil is the same but any soil can be made into a decent organic mix with the right amendments. If the plants are growing healthy and green in it then it’s ok. Good compost should have lots of tiny living things in it; that’s how it works.

I get the concept of living soil, and fully appreciate its place in nature. For me, it's place is in nature, not, in my grow tent.
