Anybody use this method much? Id like to try it on 5 plants in my 4 x 4 tent. Just curious to see if many people use this method

Not sure what that is, something like mainlining manifold training?

Just took a quick read through and glanced at the photos looks like it could be a promising technique, you could also look at flux training, if your into long veg cycles, its like an advanced mainline lst combo
