Day One

1 Week Veg

Soil is ocean forest and worm casting
Temps are around 81 and humidity at 33
From what i found out, the humidity needs to be around 50-60% so i bought a little humidifier.
Pots are 5 gallon and the tent size is 4x4x6.5

only reason why its not hel[ing because the evaporation just gets sucked out of the tent from the water you put in.02.JPGphoto.JPGphoto1.JPGphoto3.JPGphoto4.JPGphoto5.JPGphoto6.JPG

this is my ww grow. pics were taken yesterday. they are now.. 2 weeks and about 4 or 5 days in flowering

Are you running full 600w?...I'm currently growing ww and I too had problem with my humidity but I solved it by filling the bath tub with water, lol....if the humidity is problem u need a stronger humidifier. Happy grow!

Finally got my pH up and down, keeping the pH at 6.5, Temps are very stable, staying 79-81 and humidity is about 35-40%

Questions
Do I need to raise the humidity or 40 is OK?
Next thing I need to get is a carbon filter, could I just place that outside the tent and how often will I need to change the filter?
Also can i connect the carbon filter with the ducting inline fan, because that's what I'm using for vent and it's working alright.

Lots of bullshit happened, my bulb stopped working and its probably because i was running it at 50% 75% and 100% and kept switcing it back and forth, had to keep them under a lil cfl bulb over night and put a heater to keep the temps at 80 degree, i was amazed how stable the temp was, right on 80 the whole night. Next time i might try just using cfl for vegging and put the heater in there. Anways i just noticed the sides are curling up and i cant figure out what it is, temps are at 80 so i dont think its the heat. Still feeding them 6.5 pH water, Bulb is running at 100% Planning on vegging for a month and few days.

Leaves curling up.

Hey Dip, Leaves curling up can mean your over watering the plants. You can try letting the earth dry up a bit more before re-watering them.

Well depending on the strain 80 can be a bit high, especially if your not supplementing co2, the soil doesn't look wet enough to be over watering, since the curl is minimal and on the tips of the leaves I believe its slight heat stress, lower the temps to 75 and if it gets better then you'll know for sure, you should try to keep the temps at 75 during lights on anyway, only go into the 80's if you have good co2 supplementation and even then don't go over 85. Good luck and keep us posted.

Did exactly that, got the temps to lower at 77 and humidity is up at 50-60 and i think the plants like it, they seem happy lol
----------------------
I connected ducting from the ducting booster fan to the hood finally so everything seems set up right.
I just flushed them with 6.5 pH water and learned not to get fiber pots because its a bitch to flush them right, i dunno why. Soil looked wet and when i would move the top wet soil, there is dry soil at the bottom.
Its piece of cake now to correct the pH, I use to keep using both, up and down to get it right.
Ill be getting a better inline fan, its a 6in comes with ducting and filter for $129 and i think its 440cfm.
Ordered fox farm nutes so should be getting them soon. I think I'm going to start feeding the nutes when the plants are 3 week and start with really really low dose.
I'm thinking about getting those co2 bags, are they any good?

2 Weeks 3 days

Decided to top one of the plants yesterday on the 11th to see how it goes since its my first time growing and didn't wanna mess with all of the plants.
Edit: Btw its the one in the back right.

Looked around and found out I been over watering my plants, really stupid of me but hey you learn from mistakes. I'm worried a little because I don't want my first crop of die because of stupid mistake. They are 3 weeks and 2 days old today. From looking at the pics, will the babies be able to bounce back within few days or am i screwed?
Last time i watered them was 3 days ago. Only one of the plants have a leaf at the bottom turning yellow but i have noticed it hasn't gotten big, the yellow part.

Here is what they look like right now and please let me know if they have a chance to get back in the zone.
