no, you need Hps or red spec cfls, thats more for vegging

It will work best for VEG. If u wanna do it all the way through though with just one light, I'd go with just the hps, it'll make the most out of ur flowering time with its color spec.

cool well how long does it take to get aplant from veg state to the flowering one!!? thanks for the info dudes..but just curious, cus by then if it warms up i can bring it outside =-)

It's really up to u. If u were to grow it indoors, u can make it flower whenever u want. If u wanna do like u say, and start it inside, and bring it oudside when it warms up, ur waitin till fall for it to finish.
